Raja Club Athletic Protests Refereeing Decisions After Draw Against Itihad Tanger

Raja Club Athletic has submitted an official protest to the head of the Central Arbitration Directorate, expressing its deep dissatisfaction with the refereeing performance during the match against Itihad Tanger in the 28th round of the “Inwi” Professional Championship.

In a statement published on its official pages, the green club protested against the decisions made by referee Said Boujidi and his team, deeming them “unfair and unreasonable,” which directly impacted the match’s outcome that ended in a goalless draw.

Raja Club Athletic called in the same letter for a thorough technical investigation into the reasons behind these decisions, emphasizing the need for appropriate legal consequences should there be evidence of errors or negligence in refereeing.

Raja returned from this match with a single point, raising its tally to 42 points in seventh place, while Itihad Tanger reached 35 points, sitting in eleventh place, in a closely contested race as the football season approaches its end.
