Oracle and Infobip Strengthen Partnership to Deliver Multichannel Conversational Experiences
Oracle and Infobip have announced the expansion of their strategic partnership aimed at enabling global companies and brands to provide comprehensive and seamless conversational experiences across multiple channels by integrating Infobip’s specialized cloud communication services into the Oracle Integration platform.
This initiative responds to the growing consumer expectations for integrated and user-friendly digital experiences, highlighting the importance of technological solutions that offer flexible, multi-channel communication without operational complexities. In this context, Infobip offers an Omnichannel Messaging Adapter that allows for the easy integration and management of communication channels, such as WhatsApp and RCS, through the Oracle platform, with rapid activation support and ease of deployment.
To enhance operational efficiency in customer service centers, Infobip has also developed a ready-to-use Accelerator specifically for Oracle B2C Service. This solution enables end users to interact with support teams via text messaging and WhatsApp, fostering flexible and seamless two-way communication, supporting a user experience based on low-code or no-code interfaces.
