Weather Forecast for Today, Tuesday
The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts that today, Tuesday, there will be rain or showers in the Riff, Saïss, Walmad, northern plains, Middle Atlas, eastern regions, and the Mediterranean coast.
There are also expectations of light rain or drizzle over the northern plains stretching north of Essaouira, the Tangier region, the phosphate plateaus, the High Atlas, as well as snowfall on the summits of the High and Middle Atlas and Riff.
Strong winds, locally strong in places, are expected in the northwestern parts of the country, the Riff, the Mediterranean coast, the eastern region, the Atlas, the Souss region, the southeastern part, in addition to the southern provinces, with local dust storms in the eastern regions and the kingdom’s desert areas.
Minimum temperatures will range between 0 and 5 degrees in the mountainous areas of the Atlas and Riff, between 5 and 9 degrees in the eastern high plateaus, phosphate plateaus, Walmad, and the eastern slopes of the Atlas, while temperatures will vary between 11 and 16 degrees in the rest of the kingdom. During the day, temperatures are expected to slightly rise in the southeast, while they will decrease in other regions.
The sea will be rough to very rough in the Mediterranean waters and between Cap Spartel and Tarfaya, and moderate to rough in the south.
