Weather Forecast for Today, Monday
The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts local rainfall for Monday in the regions of Tangier, Loukkos, Rif, Saïs, the northern and central plains, the phosphates and Oulmès plateaus, the High and Middle Atlas, the eastern region, and the Mediterranean coast.
Rain showers are also expected in the Souss region and the northwestern areas of the southern provinces.
There will be occasional strong gusts of wind in the western Mediterranean coast, Rif, eastern region, the High and Middle Atlas, and the southern provinces, with some local dust raised in the desert regions.
As for temperatures, a slight increase is anticipated during the day.
The sea will be slightly choppy to rough along the Mediterranean coast, slightly choppy in the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly choppy to rough along the Atlantic coast.
