The Family Case of Bouderka: Four Accused Arrested, Charges Dropped Against His Mother

The Public Prosecutor has referred the case concerning the seizure of properties belonging to Mohammed Bouderka’s relatives, the former president of Raja Casablanca, to an investigative judge in the fourth chamber. The prosecution has requested the detention of four individuals, while charges against five others, including Bouderka’s mother, have been dropped.

According to available information, the prosecution has asked the investigating judge to place Bouderka’s cousin and his wife in custody, along with the head of the authentication department and another employee from the same office, at Aiin Sebaâ prison. This request is based on suspicions of their involvement in manipulating official documents to unlawfully seize properties belonging to a deceased family member.

In contrast, the prosecution decided to drop the case against Bouderka’s mother, three of his siblings, and the wife of their deceased brother, who is at the center of the legal dispute.

The case arose following a complaint filed by Bouderka’s aunt’s daughter, accusing members of her family, including her uncle, mother, Bouderka’s mother, and three of her uncles, of unlawfully taking control of her father’s documents and checks. Preliminary investigations led to the referral of nine individuals to the Public Prosecutor’s office, which decided to prosecute only four of them.
