NAIF AKRDA RETURNS TO TRAINING AFTER A MONTH-LONG INJURY BREAK
Moroccan international Naif Akrd, a player for Real Sociedad, has returned to team training after being sidelined for nearly a month due to an injury sustained in a previous match against Real Madrid.
Akrd was seen participating in Wednesday’s training session, increasing his chances of being included in the squad for the upcoming derby against Athletic Bilbao, scheduled for next Sunday at 8 PM (GMT+1), as part of the thirty-fourth round of La Liga.
His last appearance came during the second leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final against Real Madrid on April 1, when he left the pitch in the 27th minute due to his injury, which kept him out of action in the subsequent weeks.
