The Ministry of National Education, Pre-School Education, and Sports has launched a specialized training program for educational and administrative staff aimed at enabling their promotion to the Inspection Authority in the fields of educational guidance, educational planning, and financial affairs. This initiative is part of the implementation of the new statutory provisions.
This training targets a group of staff who meet the necessary requirements to take on inspection roles. It includes the preparation of inspectors in three main specialties: guidance, planning, and financial affairs, enhancing the capabilities for support and supervision within the educational system.
This program is part of the ministry’s strategy to improve the competencies of human resources by developing management, monitoring, and evaluation skills, which contributes to enhancing the quality of educational and administrative governance.
The training will take place in specialized centers, including Teacher Inspector training centers and institutions for educational guidance and planning, according to a specific schedule overseen by the competent authorities.
Through this initiative, the ministry aims to establish a new dynamic within the Inspection Authority that aligns with the educational system reform efforts and enhances its efficacy at various levels.
