The Moroccan government council has adopted two new decrees aiming to enhance the governance of state financial assets and regulate hunting activities, as part of ongoing efforts to modernize the legal framework and develop public management mechanisms.
The first decree focuses on strengthening the governance system of public financial assets by establishing clearer mechanisms for managing and monitoring these assets, ensuring improved efficiency and enhanced transparency in the management of state financial resources.
The second decree pertains to the regulation of hunting, specifying a number of provisions related to this activity, including licensing conditions, hunting seasons, and the necessary environmental regulations to be observed, aimed at maintaining ecological balance and protecting wildlife.
The adoption of these regulatory texts comes as the government continues to update the legal framework concerning the management of public resources, alongside strengthening mechanisms for protecting ecosystems and ensuring the sustainable exploitation of natural resources.
