The Guinea national football team has entered a training camp in Rabat, Morocco, starting Sunday, with 25 players called up by Portuguese coach Paulo Duarte, in preparation for upcoming continental qualifications.
The “Syli National” will participate in two friendly matches during this camp, the first against Benin on March 27 in Rabat, and the second against Togo on March 31 in Casablanca, as part of the “Morocco, Capital of African Football” tournament.
This training program comes as the Guinea team gears up for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, set to be hosted in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. The coaching staff aims to assess player readiness and enhance team cohesion before entering official competitions.
