Brussels Hosts “SMAPIMMO” Exhibition to Enhance Attractiveness of Moroccan Real Estate to European Investors
The Belgian capital will host the tenth edition of the “SMAPIMMO Brussels” exhibition from March 27 to 29, aimed at promoting Moroccan real estate and affirming its position as a must-attend event for European investors and buyers interested in the Moroccan market.
This annual event is expected to attract a significant turnout once again, having welcomed over 20,000 visitors during the previous edition.
More than 40 exhibitors from Morocco will participate, showcasing a wide range of properties including modern apartments, luxurious villas, tourist residences, land, and investment projects.
Several cities and regions from the kingdom will also be represented at this edition, including Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier, Rabat, Agadir, and Fez.
During the exhibition, a series of seminars and media meetings will be organized, featuring notaries, bankers, legal experts, and sector specialists. These sessions will provide visitors with a better understanding of the purchasing processes, legal and tax aspects, along with financing solutions to secure their investments.
One of the highlights of this tenth edition is the “Artisans Village,” a space spanning 300 square meters dedicated to Moroccan craftsmanship, showcasing the age-old skills of artisans in fields including leather, wood, ceramics, and textiles.
The “Artisans Village,” created in partnership with the Ministry of Artisanry, Social and Solidarity Economy, will offer visitors a unique cultural experience, allowing them to discover the richness, diversity, and authenticity of craft professions in the kingdom.
