Morocco Showcases Pioneering Experience in Human Resources and Anticipation of Future Professions in Dubai
The Minister of Economic Integration, Small Enterprises, Employment, and Skills, Younes Skouri, emphasized Morocco’s experience in developing human resources and anticipating future professions during an event in Dubai on Tuesday. This initiative is part of a leading model driven by His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
In his address at the Future of Work Forum, held during the 13th World Government Summit (February 3-5, 2026), Skouri explained that the Kingdom relies on a realistic and ambitious policy primarily focused on attracting high-value technological investments. He highlighted, in this context, the recent inauguration by the King of two new industrial units in the aerospace sector.
The Minister pointed out that these investments will contribute to doubling the sector’s turnover and enable Morocco to position itself among the few countries capable of manufacturing all aircraft components, including engines.
Skouri also outlined the key features of the national vocational training plan, which includes the establishment of 12 vocational and competence cities across different regions of the Kingdom. He described this project as internationally pioneering, built on strong and effective private sector engagement.
