El Jadida Shines with a New Coastal Resort Combining Luxury and Moroccan Culture

The Curtain Hospitality Group has announced the signing of an agreement to develop the Kazadora Resort from the Cloud 7 Hotels chain, a new project that merges luxurious hospitality with upscale residential offerings in El Jadida, in collaboration with the French Ramos Real Estate Group, renowned for its over fifty years of expertise and innovative vision linked to Moroccan culture and architectural authenticity.

The Kazadora project enhances El Jadida’s reputation as a distinguished tourist and residential destination, benefiting from the city’s coastal location on the Atlantic Ocean, its rich historical heritage, and its strategic proximity to Casablanca, making it a preferred choice for year-round living and investment in tourist residences and experiential travel. The project offers a contemporary hospitality model that combines global high-end living standards with Moroccan cultural privacy.

The project includes a comprehensive system featuring a modern hotel with an innovative living concept, a collection of branded residential riads, upscale dining spaces, wellness and relaxation facilities, artistic and creative activities, and family services such as children’s clubs and organic gardens, in addition to diverse sports and entertainment facilities. This entire system is managed by the Cloud 7 Hotels chain, ensuring a complete and harmonious experience for guests, residents, and the local community.

The resort’s design is inspired by Morocco’s rich heritage and the harmony of the coastal nature, creating a tranquil retreat and a vibrant social hub. The project boasts 156 hotel rooms, 140 branded residential riads, and an additional 60 riads available through shared ownership, as well as restaurants, spa centers, sports facilities, family activity areas, and an organic garden following the “farm-to-table” philosophy.

The project reflects Ramos Group’s vision of integrating architectural innovation with authentic Moroccan identity, relying on local craftsmanship and national cultural symbols, all within a commitment to sustainability. The shared philosophy between Ramos Group and Curtain Hospitality focuses on developing contemporary living destinations that emerge from the uniqueness of the location and its cultural depth.

In this context, André Ramos, the founder and CEO of the Ramos Group, stated, “Our choice of Curtain Hospitality was a natural one, given their ability to develop vibrant living destinations that are rooted in their environments, aligned with our vision to develop a project that respects the site, its history, and all stakeholders involved.”

Marlus Knepenberg, CEO of Curtain Hospitality, emphasized, “El Jadida combines all the elements that make it an upscale coastal destination. Through Kazadora Resort, we present a new hospitality model that merges accommodation with culture and community while preserving the spirit and authenticity of the place.”

Kazadora Resort represents an innovative model for multi-use coastal resorts by integrating hotel accommodation, trademarked residential units, shared ownership, and interactive life programs, aiming to set a new benchmark in Morocco and enhance El Jadida’s position as a comprehensive tourist destination and an exceptional place to live along the Atlantic coast.
