Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated yesterday that no elections can take place in areas of Ukraine occupied by Russia, emphasizing that voting cannot occur without ensuring security.
He also noted that the Ukrainian Foreign Minister has initiated preliminary measures to establish the necessary infrastructure for enabling Ukrainians living abroad to vote.
