A New Flight Route Connecting Prague and Marrakech
The low-cost German airline “Eurowings” has launched a new flight route linking Prague and Marrakech as part of its expansion aimed at the Moroccan market.
In a statement, the company announced that this new route will be serviced by an Airbus A320, operating twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays between Václav Havel Airport in Prague and Marrakech Menara Airport.
The source confirmed that the flights to the “preferred tourist destination Marrakech” fit into a broader expansion strategy towards Morocco, noting that the Moroccan market “has promising potential and a high level of demand.”
The airline also indicated that it anticipates significant interest in this new route, with a positive trend in bookings and travel tickets expected up until early 2026.
Eurowings is increasing the number of its direct flights to Morocco as part of its winter program for 2025-2026, connecting Marrakech to Hanover, Salzburg, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, and Prague.
Additionally, the German airline offers direct flights connecting Cologne-Bonn to Fez, as well as Düsseldorf and Stuttgart to Agadir.
