The Public Prosecution Office in Morocco launches a digital service to enhance communication with the public.
On Wednesday, the Public Prosecution Office unveiled a new digital application aimed at improving communication between public prosecutors in courts across the country and the public, responding to the demands for transparency and swift case follow-up.
This service will allow users to receive instant notifications regarding actions taken on their complaints and appeals through text messages sent directly to the phone numbers registered at the time of filing the complaint. This system enables users to track the status of their complaints clearly and as quickly as possible.
This initiative is part of the strategic plan priorities of the Public Prosecution Office, which focuses on improving the quality of judicial services, facilitating access to information, and enhancing communication with the public, thereby increasing the effectiveness of judicial performance.
The Public Prosecution Office affirmed that this digital step represents part of the efforts to modernize the judicial administration and reinforce the principles of proximity, transparency, and efficiency, contributing to bolstering trust in justice institutions in the kingdom.
