The National Office for Cereals and Legumes (ONICL), along with Intercéréales and FranceAgriMer, signed a new cooperation protocol in Casablanca for the period 2025–2028, reaffirming over fifteen years of fruitful partnership between Moroccan and French stakeholders in the cereal sector.
This protocol, signed on the sidelines of the French-Moroccan cereal meetings 2025, aims to enhance technical exchanges, training, innovation, and joint governance to promote the sustainable development of the sector.
The National Office noted that this renewed partnership follows a previous collaboration rich in tangible achievements, which specifically included strengthening the capabilities of the office’s laboratory, organizing regular exchanges of expertise between the Moroccan and French sectors, and launching training programs and sharing economic analyses of cereal market trends.
Through this protocol, the three partners reaffirm their mutual commitment to developing agricultural and commercial practices related to cereals in a spirit of cooperation, innovation, and sustainability.
