Casablanca – The Casablanca regional authorities denied today, Thursday, October 2, 2025, the validity of news circulating on social media regarding orders to close businesses or early evacuations of workplaces in the city.
They confirmed that these claims are baseless, describing them as false news aimed at inciting concern and disturbing the tranquility of the residents.
The authorities clarified that all businesses are continuing their operations as usual, which was confirmed by the Moroccan News Agency in several neighborhoods of Casablanca.
Educational institutions were also observed to be functioning normally in both Casablanca and Rabat, without any interruption or cessation of studies.
