His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Hassan presided over the closing ceremony of the 14th edition of the Royal Moroccan International Show Jumping Championship in El Jadida today, Sunday, at the Mohammed VI Exhibition Center. The event included the award presentation for the Grand Prize of His Majesty King Mohammed VI for show jumping, held as part of the 16th edition of the Horse Exhibition.
Upon his arrival at the exhibition center, His Royal Highness was welcomed by Moulay Abdallah Alaoui, President of the Horse Exhibition Association, before reviewing a contingent of the Royal Guard, which performed a formal salute.
Among those who approached to greet His Highness were Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports, Mohamed Sadki Barada, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, Ahmed El Ouardi, Chairman of the Moroccan Olympic Committee, Faïsal El Araichi, and the Wali of the Casablanca-Settat region.
The Grand Prize of His Majesty King Mohammed VI for show jumping is one of the most prominent sporting events in the national and international equestrian calendar, symbolizing both athleticism and cultural significance, with a wide participation of the most skilled riders from Morocco and abroad.
