In line with the policy to improve the quality of healthcare services and ensure a better experience for patients, Professor Yassine Hifian, the director of Zoumr Hospital in Kenitra, has issued disciplinary decisions that include directives to replace several officials within the institution.
A responsible source confirmed to “Express TV” that these decisions affected the hospital’s security officials, as well as the person in charge of reception and cleanliness, with directives for the concerned companies to replace them due to their failure to maintain order and comply with the established protocols for welcoming citizens.
The source added that the hospital director was surprised last Monday upon returning from a mission at Souk El Arbaa Hospital to receive numerous complaints from citizens about poor treatment and lack of adherence to the existing directives, prompting him to take these actions as part of an ongoing policy to enhance services and reinforce discipline within the hospital.
The aim of this move is to ensure a better experience for patients and improve the quality of healthcare services at Zoumr Hospital.
