Wydad Achieves a Precious Victory Over Nahda Zemamra
The Wydad Athletic Club secured an important victory over their guests Nahda Zemamra with a score of 3-1 in a match held this Sunday evening at the Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca, as part of the third round of the Moroccan Professional Football League.
Wydad took the lead in the 33rd minute through right-back Mohamed Mofid, ending the first half with a single goal advantage.
Nahda Zemamra equalized in the 49th minute thanks to the experienced Mohamed Faqih, but Wydad regained their lead with Hamza El Hanouri, who scored the second goal in the 69th minute. El Hanouri completed his brace in the 80th minute, solidifying Wydad’s dominance in the match.
This victory elevated Wydad’s points tally to 7, placing them in third position, while Nahda Zemamra remains stranded at 1 point in fifteenth place.
