New Wydad Striker Suffers Serious Injury
The Wydad Athletic Club has announced via its official channels that its new star player will be sidelined for over four weeks due to injury.
Player Walid Sabbar suffered a sprain in his right knee, which will keep him out of action for a period ranging from four to six weeks, during a training session held yesterday.
In their medical report, the club confirmed that Sabbar will undergo a specialized treatment and rehabilitation program under the supervision of the Wydad medical staff, aiming to return him to the pitch as soon as possible.
It’s worth noting that Wydad will face Yacoub Al-Mansour’s team next Friday in the second round of the national championship.
