Morocco Post and Saudi Post Strengthen Cooperation to Support E-Commerce
During the 28th Universal Postal Congress held in Dubai, Morocco Post and Saudi Post signed two strategic agreements aimed at enhancing exchange in the postal sector and keeping pace with the growth of e-commerce.
The first agreement, in the form of a protocol of cooperation, seeks to strengthen the partnership between the two institutions through the exchange of services and innovative solutions to address current challenges in the postal sector. The second agreement pertains to the establishment of a mechanism for the exchange of postal parcels through Saudi Post’s international exchange offices, designed to improve the processing of shipments related to e-commerce and facilitate logistical movements between Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
These initiatives come as part of the follow-up to the fourth joint committee for cooperation between Morocco and Saudi Arabia, which convened in March 2025 in Mecca, reaffirming the shared intent to enhance bilateral relations and develop constructive partnerships with high added value.
Through these agreements, Morocco Post and Saudi Post affirm their ambition to support the rapid development of the postal market and e-commerce within a framework of cooperation aiming for sustainable development of postal services.
