Galatasaray announces signing of Gundogan from Manchester City
On Tuesday, Turkish club Galatasaray officially announced the signing of German midfielder Ilkay Gundogan from English side Manchester City, aiming to bolster their squad for the upcoming football season.
Galatasaray’s management confirmed that the contract extends for two years, with an option for an additional year, reflecting the club’s ambition to reclaim its position both locally and in Europe.
Gundogan possesses extensive experience in European football, having previously played for Borussia Dortmund before his transfer to Manchester City, where he secured numerous titles, including the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.
