CAF Sets September 30 as the Final Deadline for Submitting Participation Lists for the Champions League and Confederation Cup

- in Sports

The African Football Confederation (CAF) has set September 30 as the final deadline for clubs that have qualified for the second preliminary round of the African Champions League and the Confederation Cup for the 2025/2026 season to submit their official player lists.

CAF allows clubs to make modifications to their rosters before this deadline, whether by adding new signings or removing players who no longer fit into the squad. This provides clubs with an additional opportunity to strengthen their teams before the advanced rounds begin.

This stage is critical, especially for clubs aiming for a deep run in the continental competition, as selecting the right players and registering them on time will be essential for achieving positive results and ensuring a strong presence in the African journey.
