Turkish club Fenerbahçe has resolved the future of its Moroccan player, Sofyan Amrabat, after reaching an official agreement with Spanish side Real Betis for his loan until the end of the current season.
In a statement on its official account on X, the club announced, “We have agreed with Real Betis to loan our player, Sofyan Amrabat, until the end of the season, wishing him a successful journey away from injuries.”
Journalist specializing in transfers, Fabrizio Romano, clarified that Amrabat expressed a strong desire to experience a new challenge in La Liga, preferring Betis’ offer over other proposals he received in recent days.
Amrabat’s transfer is expected to provide a significant boost to Betis, especially considering his notable experience in Europe from his stints with Fiorentina and Manchester United, alongside his impressive performance with the Atlas Lions at the 2022 World Cup.
