Wazzan is hosting the fifth edition of the International Forum for Dhikr and Listening at Dar Al-Ghamana under the theme “Cycle of Youth Dhikr” from August 28 to 30.
The event is organized by the Al-Safa Association for Praising the Chosen One and focuses on the topic “Spiritual Matters in Tomorrow’s World.”
The forum’s program includes artistic and auditory performances, along with a scientific symposium titled “Spiritual Matters in Tomorrow’s World.” Researchers, academics, and specialists from Morocco and abroad will participate to discuss key topics such as “Youth in Our Spiritual Heritage: Position and Functions” and “Artificial Intelligence and the Challenges of Meaning in Tomorrow’s World.”
The event takes place under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and features celebratory activities in memory of the Revolution of the King and People, as well as Youth Day. Additionally, there will be a listening session held at the Wazzani Burda near the shrine of Moulay Abdullah Al-Sharif, in collaboration with the Al-Sharif Association for Dala’il Al-Khayrat and under the supervision of the Wazzani Zawiya, led by Hamza Al-Taybi at the site of the shrine of Moulay Al-Tahami.
Participating in the second night of the forum, alongside local artists, will be performers from Egypt and Tanzania, while the closing night will see the participation of 62 youths from various regions of the kingdom.
Artistic and auditory presentations will be held at Independence Square, while the cultural center in Wazzan will host the scientific symposium.
