Quneitra Club Moves Vigorously to Regain Its Glory through Strategic Signings and Professional Camp

In a step reflecting their serious preparations for the upcoming season, Quneitra Club has strengthened its squad with several key signings aimed at bolstering all positions and assembling a competitive team. The club’s management, headed by Doumou, has decided to organize a closed training camp in Walmas, hiring private chefs to ensure quality meals for the players. This initiative seeks to create a professional environment that underscores the club’s commitment to providing ideal conditions for both physical and technical preparation.

The transfer window has seen the addition of notable names, most prominently midfielder Mehdi Obiella, formerly of Hassania Agadir and Renaissance Berkane, who signed for two seasons. Adham Al-Khalfi also joined from Racing de Casablanca, bringing his skills as a left-back and defensive midfielder alongside experience from Raja Casablanca and Nahdat Zemamra. In goal, the club secured goalkeeper Adel El-Sharqawi from Chabab Atlas Khénifra with a two-year contract, while the defense was reinforced by Moatasem Mahdi, who has experience in Spain’s third division and with Union Touarga.

In attacking midfield, the club welcomed Yusuf Al-Kahl, 25, who has had stints with Wydad Fes, Nahdat Zemamra, and Mouloudia Oujda. Additionally, the young talent Mohammed Bounqit, a graduate of the Mohammed VI Academy and previous winner of the Danone Cup, received the award from the legend Zinedine Zidane. Bounqit, coming from Najm Chabab Casablanca, plays in a defensive midfield role and is regarded as a promising signing.

On the left flank, Ayoub Dawood signed after impressing the coaching staff at Future Marsa, while striker Abdo Bakash joined from Association Mansouria to strengthen the front line. Furthermore, Badr Mezali, with previous experience at Chabab Mohammedia, has bolstered the left side of the team.

These moves indicate that Quneitra Club is entering the new season with a clear vision based on careful selection and the provision of a professional environment to ensure player readiness. This reflects the club’s ambition to reclaim its rightful place among the elite clubs.
