Morocco Leads CAF-Approved Stadiums for the 2025-2026 Season with Ten Ready Facilities

The African Football Confederation has revealed the list of approved stadiums to host continental matches for the 2025-2026 football season. Morocco ranks second after South Africa, which topped the list with 13 approved stadiums.

Morocco boasts ten licensed stadiums, including:
– Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca
– Honorary Stadium in Oujda
– Municipal Stadium in Berkane
– Grand Stadium of Marrakech
– Grand Stadium of Agadir
– Al-Abdi Stadium in El Jadida
– Grand Stadium of Al Hoceima
– Al-Arabi Zaouli Stadium
– Honorary Stadium in Rabat
– Moulay Hassan Stadium in Rabat

Algeria comes in third with nine licensed stadiums, followed by Ivory Coast with six, and Cameroon, Egypt, and Mali, each with five. This classification reflects Morocco’s readiness in sports infrastructure and reinforces its position in hosting continental competitions.
