Morocco and Turkey Seek to Strengthen Trade and Economic Partnership

In the context of enhancing economic cooperation between Morocco and Turkey, Omar Hajira, Secretary of State to the Minister of Industry and Trade in charge of Foreign Trade, received the Turkish Ambassador to Morocco, Mustafa Ilker Kilic, today in Rabat.

The meeting discussed the prospects for developing trade relations between the two countries, focusing on trade exchanges as a key driver for the bilateral partnership.

According to the statement, the two sides explored ways to enhance and diversify Moroccan exports to the Turkish market, encourage joint investments, and develop industrial cooperation, creating added value and providing new opportunities for economic actors in both countries.
