The government approves the law establishing the Social Services Institution for Prison Employees.
The government council approved, on Thursday, the draft law No. 74.24 related to the establishment and organization of the Social Services Institution for prison administration employees and reintegration, in a new version presented by the Minister of Justice, Abdellatif Ouahbi.
The Minister Delegate in charge of relations with Parliament and government spokesperson, Mustapha Baitas, explained that this project comes within the framework of the comprehensive vision adopted by the government, particularly in its social aspects, to improve the working conditions of prison administration employees and enhance attention to their situations within correctional institutions.
The draft law aims to establish a social institution specifically for prison administration employees, tasked with providing services aimed at promoting the social and material aspects of employees, both during their duties and after retirement.
The project also outlines the objectives and tasks that this institution will undertake, as well as the organizational and administrative framework that will govern its management, in addition to its financial organization and the bodies responsible for managing its affairs.
