Sla Police Arrest Woman in Possession of 2,430 Narcotic Tablets and Cocaine
The regional police in Sla arrested a 33-year-old woman on the evening of Wednesday, July 30, on suspicion of involvement in the possession and trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances, based on precise information provided by the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance.
The arrest took place in one of the city’s neighborhoods while she was in the act, and the search process resulted in the seizure of 2,430 tablets of the narcotic drug “Rivotril,” as well as doses of cocaine.
The suspect has been placed under judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office to uncover any other potential individuals involved in this criminal activity and to track its related networks.
This operation falls within the framework of ongoing security coordination between the National Police and the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance, aimed at combating illegal drug trafficking and psychotropic substances.
