Real Madrid Reopens the Abdullah Wazan Case

The Real Madrid team has reopened discussions regarding Moroccan player Abdullah Wazan, a midfielder for the national under-17 team and Ajax Amsterdam, following his previous failure in a medical examination conducted in the Spanish capital, Madrid.

Dutch media outlets have revealed that a new report from a university laboratory in Amsterdam, which collaborates with Real Madrid, has given the green light for the royal club to potentially sign the Moroccan international. This report contradicts a previous one that suggested Abdullah Wazan would struggle to compete at the highest level due to health issues, confirming instead that the Ajax player is fit to play without significant health concerns, allowing Real Madrid to pursue negotiations once again without fear of future health implications.

Wazan was close to signing with Real Madrid at the beginning of July before being held back by the medical exam in the Spanish capital. The new report from the Dutch city has reopened negotiations, with hopes to finalize the deal in August.
