“Jealousy” Over Salaries Erupts Among Raja Players

Players from Raja Club Athletic have expressed their anger over the significant annual bonuses awarded to their teammates, who recently renewed contracts or signed with the club, amounting to millions of dirhams compared to what they receive themselves, despite having spent over two years at the green fortress.
A source from “Express TV” confirmed that the renewal of player Mohammed Bouleksout’s contract, which reached 700 million dirhams for two sporting seasons, equates to an annual bonus of 350 million dirhams for each season. This has ignited feelings of jealousy among some Raja players, who have requested the club’s management to improve their financial situation in light of the millions in dirhams received by their teammates. This is particularly notable as recent signings have reached figures of 500 million dirhams annually, such as Badr Bounedjah, who is returning from a professional stint in the Qatari league where he earned a substantial amount.
