The draw for the Women’s U-17 World Cup took place on Wednesday at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Maamora, resulting in the Moroccan team being placed in Group A alongside Brazil, Italy, and Costa Rica.
This edition, which will be hosted in Rabat from October 17 to November 8, will see the participation of 24 teams for the first time, compared to the 16 that competed in the previous edition.
It is worth noting that the Kingdom of Morocco will host the next four editions of the Women’s U-17 World Cup, in addition to the 2025 edition.
