Air traffic has returned to normal in Kuwait and Bahrain following the stabilization of regional conditions.
The Kuwait Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced last night the resumption of air traffic to and from Kuwait International Airport after confirming the safety of the airspace surrounding the country.
The decision was made in coordination with relevant authorities and ongoing cooperation with regional and international bodies, stating that the air situation no longer poses a threat to aviation safety.
Meanwhile, the Civil Aviation Affairs Authority in Bahrain also announced the complete reopening of the airspace over the Kingdom after implementing similar precautionary measures earlier today.
Both Kuwait and Bahrain had temporarily decided to close their airspaces as a preventive step in light of rapidly evolving regional developments, aiming to ensure maximum air safety.
