A judicial investigation has been launched into allegations of a breach of the official website of the High Council of the Judiciary. This comes after two administrative documents purportedly belonging to the council circulated on social media platforms.

The decision was made based on directives from the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal in Rabat, who ordered a comprehensive investigation to verify the validity of these claims and identify any parties involved, if applicable.

Judicial sources confirmed that this move is part of efforts to protect constitutional institutions and ensure the integrity of their data, in light of serious engagement with any attempts to undermine their security or affect their credibility.
