Club World Cup: Hamza Farach Represents Moroccan Refereeing in Manchester City vs. Al Hilal Clash
The International Football Association has appointed Moroccan referee Hamza Farach as part of the officiating team for the match between Manchester City and Saudi Al Hilal in the Round of 16 of the Club World Cup taking place in the United States.
Farach will serve as the first assistant for Video Assistant Referee (VAR), marking his sixth appearance in this edition of the global tournament.
The match will be officiated by Venezuelan referee Jesus Valenzuela, assisted by his compatriots Jorge Urrego and Tulio Moreno, while Argentine referee Yael Falcon will act as the fourth official. The VAR system will be overseen by Venezuelan Juan Soto, along with Hamza Farach and Spanish Alejandro Hernández.
