“Moulay El-Hout” and His Friend Appear Before the Prosecutor in Marrakech for Filming Without a License
This morning, Monday, Abdelilah, famously known as "Moulay El-Hout," along with his friend, a taxi driver, appeared before the prosecutor at the primary court in Marrakech, following their involvement in a case concerning the illegal filming of a police vehicle while it was performing its official duties.
Reports indicate that the incident dates back to the beginning of this month when the two individuals filmed a scene of a police car parked near the train station in Marrakech and later shared it on social media without obtaining permission from the relevant authorities, prompting a swift intervention from a police officer.
Subsequently, they were taken to the first police precinct, where the specialized services prepared a report of the incident under the oversight of the public prosecutor, who decided to pursue charges against them while they remain free, pending the completion of judicial investigations.
