Russia has taken control of three Ukrainian villages
Russia announced on Thursday that its military has seized three more villages in eastern Ukraine, as its forces continue their military operations despite Moscow’s calls for peace talks with Kyiv next week.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated in a communiqué that its army has taken control of the village of Stroievka in the Kharkiv region of northeastern Ukraine, as well as the villages of Hnativka and Shevchenko Pershe in the Donetsk region.
