In a heartfelt post on his official Facebook account, Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, expressed his deep sadness and emotional response to the passing of the esteemed Moroccan artist Mohamed Choubi, a prominent figure in the national artistic scene.
The minister stated, “With great sorrow, I received the news of the death of artist Mohamed Choubi, who left an unforgettable artistic and humanitarian mark through his distinguished works and sincere stances.”
He added that Morocco has lost “a great artistic figure, a person who has always been sincere in his performances, committed in his stances, and a noble human being who loved people, art, and life.”
On this sorrowful occasion, the minister extended his heartfelt condolences and sincere feelings of sympathy to the late artist’s immediate family, as well as to his artistic and cultural family, asking Almighty God to envelop him with His vast mercy, grant him eternal rest, and inspire his loved ones and admirers with patience and solace.
