The Moroccan Cinematographic Center announced in a statement the convening of the Committee for Supporting the Digitization, Modernization, and Establishment of Cinemas, which took place yesterday, Tuesday, at the center’s headquarters in Rabat. This was the first session for the year 2025, chaired by Mohamed Khouna, dedicated to examining the submitted applications received by the committee’s secretariat.

According to the center’s statement, the committee decided to grant support for the digitization of the “Cinergy City Green” cinema in Bouskoura, amounting to 2,500,000 Moroccan dirhams.

The committee also approved the second tranche of establishment support that the “Cinergy City Green” cinema in Bouskoura benefitted from in 2023, totaling 2,000,000 Moroccan dirhams.

The first session of the Committee for Supporting the Digitization, Modernization, and Establishment of Cinemas for the year 2025 was held with the presence of committee members: Samira El Haymer, Rabiaa Ahredan, Hanan Tahtabin, Meryem Le Abu Naoum, Ahmed El Ghamam, Abdelilah Zaïrat, and Jawad Babili.
