Partnership Agreement Between the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication and Bank Al-Maghrib on the "Youth Passport" Project

The Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication and Bank Al-Maghrib signed a partnership agreement on Friday in Rabat, granting young people privileges as part of the "Youth Passport" project.

This agreement, signed at the Bank Al-Maghrib stand during the International Book and Publishing Fair, aims to enhance young people’s access to cultural offerings and familiarize them with the history of Moroccan currency, as well as promote financial literacy among this segment of society.

Under this agreement, holders of the "Youth Passport" will benefit from free visits to Bank Al-Maghrib museums and discounted prices for purchasing publications and other exhibits in these museums’ stores.

In this context, Bank Al-Maghrib commits to participating in communication and promotional activities for the "Youth Passport" through its museum spaces.

This agreement reflects Bank Al-Maghrib’s commitment to improving financial inclusion for youth and ensuring their access to the cultural offerings of the institution’s museums.

In a statement to the press, Minister Ben Saïd emphasized that this partnership aims to address the significant challenge of integrating more young people into the job market.

After praising the efforts made by Bank Al-Maghrib for the benefit of youth, the minister confirmed that the government is engaged in this area to strengthen the competencies of this demographic, preparing them better to meet job market requirements.

For his part, Al-Jawhari highlighted that "Bank Al-Maghrib opens its doors, museums, and publications to young people," pointing out that this is an investment in the future of the country.

He also noted that this agreement will expand cooperation between the two parties through the Moroccan Financial Culture Institution, aiming to enhance its work targeting mainly youth, women, and rural areas, to provide more financial services and access to financial education.

It is worth mentioning that the "Youth Passport," available in digital form through a dedicated app, is a national initiative targeting all young people aged 16 to 30, providing them with a unique platform to benefit from cultural, educational, social, and professional activities, facilitating the integration and movement of this segment of society, as well as their access to cultural offerings.
