According to reliable sources, the mother of former Raja Casablanca president, Mohamed Boudrika, was presented this Wednesday morning to the Attorney General at the Casablanca Appeals Court, along with her siblings, regarding a case involving allegations of forgery and theft. The same sources revealed that among the suspects is “B.N.,” a well-known property developer in Casablanca, in addition to an employee from the authentication service in the California district of Ain Choc.
This appearance follows investigations initiated by the judicial police, during which one individual was kept in custody, while the remaining defendants were presented in a state of free release, in accordance with the public prosecutor’s instructions.
The case dates back to a complaint filed by the children of Boudrika’s deceased brother, accusing the involved parties of forming a criminal gang and committing aggravated theft, as well as forgery and misuse of official documents. They are alleged to have seized documents related to the inheritance, including checks and cash amounts, by opening a safe without the heirs’ consent, some of whom are minors.
It is noteworthy that “B.N.” had previously been sentenced to four years in prison late last year for a case involving the forgery of a continuity contract for a four-hectare property in Bouskoura.
