A Moroccan delegation promotes “Made in Morocco” products in American markets
The Casablanca-Settat Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services and the Moroccan Federation of Commercial Franchising organized an economic mission to the United States aimed at promoting Moroccan products and enhancing their presence in the American market.
As part of this mission, the Moroccan delegation participated in the International Franchise Association’s Miami Franchise World Show held on May 9 and 10, as well as the SelectUSA Investment Summit taking place in Maryland from May 11 to 14. This initiative is part of a national strategy to internationalize Moroccan brands and promote the “Made in Morocco” label.
The Moroccan delegation showcased around twelve franchise brands ready for export, while also highlighting more than a hundred Moroccan products across diverse sectors, including food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, with the aim of establishing business partnerships and attracting new investments to Morocco.
During its stay in Miami, the delegation held a meeting with the executive director of Miami-Dade County and discussed opportunities with the executive director of the Miami Chamber of Commerce. They also participated in a working session that included Moroccan officials and entrepreneurs residing in Florida, strengthening ties with the Moroccan community and enhancing economic cooperation.
The Moroccan pavilion at the international exhibition witnessed significant interest from visitors, reflecting a growing demand for Moroccan products within the American market. The delegation confirmed that discussions held with American investors have opened promising avenues for future partnerships and investment projects in the Kingdom.
