The Moroccan Royal Football Federation unveiled the new official jersey for the national team on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, which will accompany the Atlas Lions during upcoming international competitions, including the 2026 World Cup.
The new design aims to blend traditional heritage with a modern touch, drawing inspiration from traditional Moroccan patterns. The intention is to showcase the richness of artisanal crafts while integrating them into a contemporary visual identity.
The primary jersey retains its red color, the hue most closely associated with the national team, featuring green stripes on the sides reminiscent of the national flag’s star. Subtle details on the sleeves reflect traditional sewing techniques, while the official logo is emblazoned across the chest, complemented by green shorts.
The secondary jersey is white, prominently displaying decorations derived from Amazigh designs on the front, accompanied by red and green accents. The numbers are styled artistically to align with the overall theme, along with white shorts.
Through this kit, the federation aims to present a complete image that transcends the athletic aspect, extending to reflect national identity and belonging, as the team prepares for a new competitive phase on the international stage.
