The National Association of Media and Publishers has announced the organization of a special trip for the accredited media delegation to cover the participation of the Moroccan national soccer team in the 2026 World Cup, which will be hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
The statement confirmed that each media outlet will bear 50% of the trip’s costs for each journalist or photographer, equivalent to 35,000 dirhams, out of a total cost of 70,000 dirhams. The trip includes round-trip airfare from Casablanca, hotel accommodations, and internal transportation between the cities where the national team will play in New York, Boston, and Atlanta, as well as a bus for daily transfers and a daily allowance of $50 for each participant.
If the national team qualifies for the knockout stages, the media outlets will cover half of the additional costs, which will be determined based on the extension of the trip.
The association invited media organizations wishing to participate to contact the numbers (0660411801 / 0520250262) for details regarding the payment for the accredited journalists and photographers, provided that they have fulfilled the accreditation requirements set by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation. The deadline for payment is set for Monday, March 30, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
This trip represents an opportunity for the media delegation to accompany the national team during its matches in the group stage against Brazil, Scotland, and Haiti, and to cover all the details of the team’s preparations and matches on-site, in a world-class atmosphere.
