Government Council Agenda for Thursday
Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch will chair a meeting of the Government Council tomorrow, Thursday, which will begin with the examination of four draft decrees concerning the fields of health and civil aviation.
The first of these projects pertains to a decree regarding the health visa for medicines intended for human use, along with a project related to the amendment and completion of the regulatory text concerning the protection of participants in biomedical research. This is part of an effort to update the legal framework of the health sector and enhance safety guarantees.
The council will also review a draft decree concerning the practice of pharmacy and the establishment of pharmacies. Additionally, it will evaluate a project related to technical investigations associated with civil aviation safety, given the continuous expansion of air transport and the need to strengthen preventive mechanisms.
On the foreign relations front, the council will discuss an agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between Morocco and the European Union to amend protocols within the Euro-Mediterranean partnership agreement, signed in Brussels in October 2025, with a draft law to be presented for ratification.
The meeting will conclude with a review of proposals for appointments to high positions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, as part of the management of senior administrative responsibilities.
