The Ministry of Transport and Logistics has announced the launch of a qualitative study aiming to enhance integration among public institutions and enterprises operating in the logistics sector, in line with the recommendations of the new development model.
This study, prepared by the consultancy firm Roland Berger in collaboration with the ministry and the National Agency for Strategic Management of State’s Contributions, seeks to define the roles of stakeholders, improve coordination among them, and ensure an efficient and sustainable logistics system that meets the economic and technological transitions.
Minister Abdessamad Kayouh emphasized that the success of the project requires the involvement of all governance components under a unified vision, stressing the importance of expertise and experiences to strengthen integration between public institutions and the private sector.
The study will rely on interviews with all concerned parties, including government ministries, institutions, and private stakeholders, to identify logistical challenges and establish actionable pathways for improving the sector’s performance at the national level.
