MGPAP Launches Its New Digital Application “MA MGPAP” to Enhance Health and Social Services for Subscribers
The Public Institution for Health Cooperation among Public Sector Employees (MGPAP) has announced the launch of its new digital application, “MA MGPAP,” as part of its strategy to enhance digital transformation and provide innovative services to subscribers, while improving the quality of health and social services available to them.
In a statement, the institution clarified that the application is aligned with a strategy aimed at bringing services closer to subscribers and keeping pace with technological developments. It allows for 24/7 access to services, focusing on transparency and efficiency in processing and following up on files and procedures.
The application features a modern and user-friendly interface, equipped with advanced technologies to ensure smooth and secure access to a wide range of services, with strict adherence to privacy and protection of medical data according to national standards.
Among its most notable features, the application offers an AI-Powered Digital Assistant that instantly responds to subscribers’ inquiries and guides them in using the services. It also enables transparent tracking of medical files, identifying the reasons for the acceptance or rejection of compensation claims, and allows users to correct mistakes and resubmit requests.
Additionally, the application facilitates appointment scheduling by allowing users to choose the center, date, and time, with electronic confirmation for payments via credit cards or approved networks. Users can also request digitally signed certificates with a QR code, as well as utilize a location system for rest areas that includes information on appointments, contact details, booking, and electronic payments. The application also provides services related to retirement and death through a simplified process and clear tracking of procedures.
The application contains a digital assistance section that includes a smart agent, an electronic complaints submission and follow-up service, a frequently asked questions (FAQ) section, along with the “MGPAP Hub,” an interactive community platform offering news, activities, events, polls, an electronic library, and galleries of images and videos.
MGPAP emphasized that “MA MGPAP” serves as an integrated platform to enhance the relationship between subscribers and the institution, responding to users’ expectations through advanced digital tools. The institution highlighted that the application represents a strategic step in the path of digitalization and reflects its commitment to developing its services and providing more transparent and effective communication channels.
