LC Waikiki Morocco has achieved a notable milestone by winning the “Customer Service Award 2026” in the ready-to-wear category, marking a second consecutive victory that reflects the brand’s commitment to placing the customer at the heart of every interaction.

This accolade, awarded by an independent evaluation program, honors the tangible progress LC Waikiki has made in adopting a customer-centric approach, highlighting the collective dedication of its teams across various channels. The award assessment was based on 160 mystery shopper tests that included in-store experiences, customer relationship management, digital pathways, and social media presence. The criteria focused on empathy, accessibility, response speed, and overall service quality.

The results of this cycle confirmed a clear improvement in customer experience consistency, with a performance score of 96 percent in response time within the customer relationship management system, supported by its partner Intelcia. LC Waikiki has also emphasized regular in-store audits and engaged its teams around service standards to ensure long-term quality.

With coordinated internal processes, customer requests are now handled more quickly and smoothly, keeping clients informed at every stage of communication. Additionally, the development of the LC Waikiki app has enhanced accessibility and response speed, simplifying and easing the customer experience.
